Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made before work begins may result in forfeiture of your deposit if we have already ordered materials or scheduled crews. Cancellations after work has started will be charged for all work completed and materials purchased.

Liability and Insurance

RelyWay Hawthorne Concrete carries full liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that are not properly marked or disclosed. You are responsible for ensuring all necessary permits are obtained unless otherwise specified in your contract.

Property Access

By hiring us, you grant us access to your property during normal business hours to complete the contracted work. We will make every effort to minimize disruption and keep your property clean and safe during the project.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
